I had a great experience with RGV Bounce-N-Play! I rented a moon jump, giant games, and a popcorn machine, and everything turned out perfect for our event. They were very punctual with both delivery and setup, which made the whole process stress-free.

What really stood out was their honesty and communication. They let me know ahead of time that one of the games had an issue, but reassured me it was still usable and also gave me the option to switch it out for something else if I preferred. I really appreciated that level of transparency and flexibility.

Overall, they were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

RGV Bounce-N-Play is the best choice for your party rentals! Their prompt service and professional is a ten out of ten. Easy to communicate, timely delivery, and pickup. Obstacle course was clean, bright, and fun!
