1. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the entire Rio Grande Valley. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.
2. How do I book a rental?
You can book directly on our website, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking early to secure your date.
3. What types of party rentals do you offer?
We offer bounce houses, waterslides, obstacle courses, combo units, concession machines (like popcorn), tables, chairs, and full party packages.
4. Can I use the inflatables wet or dry?
Many of our units, including waterslides and combos, are usable both wet and dry, so they’re perfect for year-round fun.
5. How long is a rental period?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours, but we can accommodate longer events for an additional fee. We can also pick-up sooner if your event requires it.
6. Do you provide setup and pickup?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying the party.
7. Are your inflatables safe and cleaned?
Absolutely! All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use. Our inflatables meet safety standards to ensure a worry-free experience.
8. What if it rains?
For wet/dry units, rain may affect safety. We’ll work with you to reschedule or provide alternatives whenever possible.
9. Can I rent tables, chairs, or concessions separately?
Yes! Tables, chairs, and concession machines are available individually or included in our party packages.
10. How do I pay for a rental?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, or online payments. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
